Order cancellations

You can cancel your order, if you wish, without charge, provided that the products have NOT been shipped from our store and within 8 business hours (business hours are considered the opening hours of the physical store).

Returns/Returns - Replacement

General returns policy

You have the right to return the products you purchased within 14 days, at most, from the date of delivery (art. 4 par. 10 of Law 2251/1994). Shipping costs are your responsibility.

In the event of an error on the part of our company, i.e. sending incorrect products or products that are defective or lack an agreed property, you have the right to return the products you purchased and request their replacement or payment of the price you paid. In the event of use of the product or alteration of its original condition, the return is not accepted.

Furthermore, for all the above cases, the product to be replaced-returned must necessarily be accompanied by the original proof of purchase. For all the above cases, the products to be replaced-returned must be in the condition received by the customer, complete and without damage. Furthermore, their packaging must be the one that normally accompanies the product and be in excellent condition, along with all the documents that accompanied the product (e.g. DAT, Retail Certificate, etc.).

Before any return, it is recommended to consult with our online store. In any case, return and replacement are possible under the conditions that it takes place within 14 days of receipt, in accordance with article 4 par.10 of law 2251/1994, the product has not been used and is accompanied by all the necessary documents proving the transaction (e.g. DAT, Retail Sales Tax, etc.).

We reserve the right to not accept returns that do not comply with the general returns policy and to refuse to refund the initially paid purchase amount as compensation.

Return procedure

  • Please return the items enclosing the retail receipt (if you are an individual) or the relevant shipping note (if you are a company) within 14 days from the date of receipt. Make sure that you have included and completed the Returns Form and that the package is properly packaged.
  • We are not responsible for packages that may be lost during return before they reach us. Therefore, we recommend that you use courier companies to return the packages.
  • The value of the returned items will be offset against the value of the items to be replaced. Any additional charges including shipping costs will be paid to the courier employee.
